Our innovative Hagane design features a layer of perforated stainless steel.  These fine perforations allow steam to escape and air to circulate. This is the secret ingredient in producing a crisp roast.

Here at Hagane we want to make preparing your family meals a pleasure so we have considered how we can help by adding thoughtful touches. The roasting pan has a lip which slopes down slightly into the pan to ensure nothing drips into the oven. The lip also makes it easy to pour from the pan without drips. The sides of both the pan and the cover are slightly angled. This makes them easy to store as when one is inverted, it sits neatly inside the other.
