I've just moved into my new apartment and most of my things are still in storage. So I've been using the Ultimate Roaster to cook everything: roasts, fish, bacon, bolognese and it works brilliantly. I don't need my other pans.

I'm a good cook but I've never been very good at making roasts. Since getting the Ultimate Roaster that isn't true anymore! Now my kids ask me to make a roast for dinner.

We're both unable to get down to clean the oven any longer so have been contemplating no more roasts to keep the new oven clean when it comes. Very drastic as we love our roasts! I'm so excited to have discovered the Ultimate Roaster. We get to keep roast nights!

I cooked a blade roast with vegetables tonight. It turned out beautifully, the meat was very tender, we buy a side of beef at a time and this time the meat all seems tough, however this roast was lovely. I followed your instructions re pre-heating etc and nothing stuck. It's just brilliant! P.S. There was heaps of room in my 54cm oven.

Zero mess in my oven. Completely clean after what is normally the messiest roast night. I oiled and salted the rind of the pork roast and then placed it upside down (as suggested) in a hot pan for the first 20 mins, and then either side to get colour all over. Then the last 30 mins upright and it came out perfectly. Thank you for creating such a clever pan. Bring on the next roast.

Loving our Ultimate Roaster! We've re-established a Sunday roast tradition in our multi-generational household, with our adult children taking turns cooking for the family.

The vented lid means the oven stays clean (no spatter) while whatever you're roasting still comes out incredibly juicy. I made the gravy right in the pan on the stovetop afterwards. One pan, start to finish, and washing up was a easy-peasy.

After spending two hours cleaning the wall oven, I decided to buy the Ultimate Roaster. It cooks a great roast and to clean it we just wash with normal dishwashing liquid and then put in the dishwasher. It comes out spotless every time, just a final wipe over with a damp cloth and ready to go again.

Pull-apart Roast Lamb in the Ultimate Roaster was a hit. The pan deglazed beautifully and making the gravy on the induction stovetop was my favourite part. A little hot water and dishwashing liquid in the pan while we ate and it cleaned up easily with a soft cloth.

I'm genuinely impressed. I love cookware that can move seamlessly from cooktop to oven. No extra pans needed. It's already a well-used piece in my kitchen. Worth the investment.

I made a pork roast for Christmas. Roast was very juicy, much more than other roasting pans. Skin was perfect, cleanup a breeze.
