Does it cook crispy roast potatoes and roast vegetables?

Oh yes! The 3-ply stainless steel base conducts heat evenly and produces the kind of caramelisation that makes roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables so delicious.The vented lid lets hot air circulate and steam escape, so the vegetables don't get soggy. The Ultimate Roaster cooks a beautifully juicy and golden roast, and crispy roast vegetables to serve up on roast night.

Can it produce crispy crackling for Pork Roast?

It absolutely can! Even with the lid on for the entire cook, pork roast comes out juicy with a crispy top just the way your family likes it. There's a few tricks — like starting the roast upside down — but the end result is a crackling that delivers a satisfying crunch.

Does it have a Lifetime Warranty?

Every Ultimate Roaster is backed by our lifetime warranty. The Hagane Home Ultimate Roaster is made to last. It is an heirloom piece of cookware, offering exceptional durability. You'll be passing your Ultimate Roaster to the next generation along with your best gravy recipe.

How does the vented spatter guard work?

The purpose-built vented stainless steel cover allows steam to escape while preventing fat and oil from spattering your oven walls — keeping your oven clean and your roast juicy and golden. 

Can I use it on the stovetop?

The Hagane Home Ultimate Roaster is safe for all cooktops, including induction. You can sear, deglaze, and make gravy right in the pan. You can also use the base of the pan to cook steak, bacon, rissoles and more on the stovetop. 

It it dishwasher safe? Is it easy to clean?

Yes, the high-polish stainless steel finish is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. Use warm water and mild soap after each use and be sure to use a non-scratch sponge or scrubber. Full instructions for how to care for the Ultimate Roaster can be viewed here.

Will it fit in my oven?

The 40 x 33 x 17.5 cm pan is designed to fit a standard 60 cm / 24 inch oven while still being deep enough for large joints of meat or poultry. The Ultimate Roaster is easy to lift in and out of the oven without burning yourself.

When will I receive my Ultimate Roaster?
